As a Sr. Business Report Analyst, you’ll drive vital projects that have strategic importance to make that mission a reality. You’ll use your sharp business skills to assist in creating, controlling and improving business processes.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities
- Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools
- Partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop reports tools and models supporting health plan operations.

You’ll be expected to find better, more efficient ways of doing things and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
This position will be responsible to develop reporting to identify opportunities and tell the story of the members we serve and the impact the programs we support have on our neighbors and community. Reporting will include regulatory reports submitted to our state partner, internal reporting to monitor programs and operations and analysis and audits supports continuous quality improvement.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of professional level experience with Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- 2+ years business/finance analysis
- 1+ years of experience in the healthcare/insurance industry
- 1 + years of experience writing SQL in a command line editor
- 1+ years of experience project / process documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medicaid program experience
- Experience in writing business and/or system requirements
- Sharepoint site admin experience
- Financial or regulatory reporting experience
- Claims or provider data experience

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
