    Roles and Responsibilities

    The Digital Marketing Automation Executive is a multi-disciplinary role, where the main responsibility is to manage HubSpot, the ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in a similar role managing HubSpot, including managing HubSpot ABM and Data Intent. Also working experience with Salesforce CRM is mandatory.

    Digital Marketing Automation. Responsible for managing the HubSpot web forms, nurturing program, lead scoring, email list building, landing pages, etc. You will create and maintain the Lead Nurturing programs, including Lead scoring, and send out email campaigns to generate new leads, or as part of marketing communications. To will develop HubSpot ABM integrated with third party Data Intent suppliers, including LinkedIn and Google Ads data sources. You will manage email lists, integrated with Salesforce. Create and manage new HubSpot workflows. Work with the marketing team to develop HubSpot email campaigns, nurture leads and increase the number of new business opportunities. Plan and manage Salesforce contact strategies to support cross-lifecycle audience engagement, lead nurturing, conversion.

    Required Candidate Profile

    • To implement HubSpot workflows and process.
    • Plan data selection, segmentation, and prepare email campaign lists. Ensure HubSpot and
      SalesForce systems can provide the required target audience segmentation.
    • To plan, create, test, and report email marketing campaigns.
    • Contribute to Demand Generation processes documentation, with new flow design,
      configuration, and customization.
    • To integrate HubSpot ABM with Data Intent suppliers.
    • Support survey and poll set-up and configuration.
    • Responsible for HubSpot analytics and reporting. Define, monitor, and implement the Email
      strategy and associated data analysis.
    • To present key findings of reports, including actionable insights, including customer profiling
      data, to feed into digital marketing strategies.

    Technical/Specific experience:

    • Knowledge of managing HubSpot marketing automation is preferred.
    • Good understanding of Google Analytics and Tag Manager is desirable.
    • Experience in using website CMS and website online monitoring tools.
    • Understanding of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
    • Understanding of SEO and HTML is a plus.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
