The Opportunity
Join a dynamic team of professionals in Operational Excellence and Assessment Support dedicated to providing actionable information to UCF decision makers responsible for improving student learning outcomes and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Assists in the development and conduct of statistical and high level analytical studies to describe and evaluate University operations in both academic and administrative areas.
- Writes computer code for SAS programs to prepare data sets and analyze data accurately. Annotates and documents SAS files and code for reliable replication.
- Assists with production of analytical reports using SAS Output, EXCEL, Word and PDF programs.
- Tests, debugs, documents and maintains applications that support university wide survey data warehouse.
- Assists in identifying data requirements and sources to support analyses.
- Uses University databases as appropriate.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated experience in data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in education or graduate certificate in data analytics.
- Demonstrated expertise in SAS lntrNet, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS procedures, and base SAS technologies.
- Excellent critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills along with a high-level of statistical data analysis capabilities.
- Knowledge of statistical methodology and application of statistical tests and techniques.
- Experience with reporting displays using graphs, tables and informatics.
- Ability to work in a diverse team environment, and to communicate and work collaboratively with teammates.
