The Opportunity:
This Manager, Business Intelligence and Analytics position reports to the Associate VP of UCF Global and will manage and lead a team for the development of scalable solutions leveraging cross-unit collaboration and data to facilitate UCF’s expansion into international markets. Provides leadership, supervision, and management of daily projects and development activities related to IT operations, decision support, and/or division key metrics.
Responsibilities:

Design, build and lead the team responsible for overall operational reporting and data analysis.

Develop and implement methods and processes to maintain data integrity and data governance.

Establish a clear vision for the evolution of the business intelligence function to leverage UCF’s international market initiative.

Monitor, prioritize, and actively manage all in-bound data requests for the Business Intelligence team.

Effectively partner and build strong business relationships with both internal and/or external stakeholders.

Oversees, directs, and guides development of business intelligence and visualization solutions, and the configuration and customization of business intelligence tools to support division-wide operations and services.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge with Workday and applications that integrate with Workday.

Experience with PeopleSoft and applications that integrate with PeopleSoft.

Advanced experience with Excel and SQL development.

Ability to develop dashboards is preferred.

Understanding of visualization concepts that drives storytelling with complex data.

Proven leadership ability, including team management and development.
