Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- 3+ years of experience gathering requirements from end users and translating them into business requirements
- Experience with salesforce production support and system analysis
- Experience with Salesforce standard objects – Account, Contact, Lead, and Opportunity
- Experience creating reports and implementing configuration changes in Salesforce
- Willingness to learn and team player mindset
- Bachelor’s Degree

Day-to-Day:
A higher education employer in San Diego, CA, is looking for a remote Techno / functional Business Systems Analyst to join their team. This person will be responsible for supporting the Enterprise Applications that impact overall experience of Students, Staff, Faculty, Alumni and others within the university. They will meet with end users to understand requirements, document/analyze the requirements, create a solution, deliver proposals, collaborate with the development team on execution, and oversee delivery/post delivery management. They will also provide technical support for multiple systems – Salesforce, SIS, Workday, in-house portals and mobile applications. Projects are done both in-house and through external partners. This person will be the one to sign off on project direction in partnership with leadership. They will receive tickets through Salesforce, diagnose the problem, and assist in troubleshooting. They will be hands on with implementation of new versions, enhanced features, and production issues in Salesforce. If the Analyst can not fix the problem, they will escalate to another group within the organization. They will work alongside 4 other Technical Functional Analysts. This role can be 100% remote working PDT hours.
