Job Location: Noida
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coordinate SOC 2, ISO 27001 audits and certification / recertification efforts with respect to products and services offered by the organization
- Monitors and audits established mechanisms and controls to ensure compliance with designated regulations generates internal audit report on a quarterly basis
- Prepares and submits reports on the results of audits, recommending improvements in policies and procedures generates monthly ISMS performance report
- Supports the daily activities associated with implementation of the data protection compliance activities.
- Assists in the maintenance of comprehensive records of all data processing activities conducted by the organization, including the purpose of all processing activities which may be requested by regulators.
- Assist in gathering new engineering and product data used to ensure ongoing compliance with privacy and data protection policies and applicable laws.
- Perform other auditing, data protection and privacy relevant duties and responsibilities as assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Information Security or other related field;
- Five (5) years of related work experience, which includes two (2) years of practical experience in data protection and audit activities
- CISA or CISM certification preferred
- Must possess a strong technical aptitude and be able to effectively communicate with technology professionals; data analysis skills required
- Must have a working knowledge of auditing principles and risk assessment processes, privacy and data protection laws, regulations and best practices
- Experience with compliance issues and standards at all levels (local, state, federal and international) and familiarity with industry-specific regimes (e.g. SOC, ISO27001, ISO 27701, HIPAA, PCI, GDPR, etc.)
