V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Systems Development Business Analyst for our premier client in Phoenix, Arizona.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Technical Requirements and Certifications »
- Agile or SCRUM certification PMI certification Lean or Six-sigma
Education and Experience »
- General knowledge of methodologies and techniques for systems analysis and design, business process modeling, requirements gathering, quality assurance, and software development Familiarity with Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years of experience in business analysis (or equivalent experience)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »
- Software developers, UX designers, quality assurance, and business intelligence resources to ensure that the customers’ needs are forefront in the project.
- Support new application development, as well as system enhancement efforts for the division’s applications including; Admissions Portal, Acuity Based Staffing, Quality Management, and other applications
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills Meeting facilitation and requirements elicitation skills Managing multiple projects or priorities Excellent documentation skills, including visual process or project artifacts Translating customer needs into functional and nonfunctional requirements
- Responsible for establishing best practices for requirements gathering, management, and tracking, facilitating JAD sessions, interviews, and other requirements gathering meetings, producing functional and non-functional requirements, visual process and project artifacts, training materials, or other documentation as needed.
