Role : – You should be able to study the development of political systems, research various political subjects and collect and analyze data. Furthermore, youll be tasked with reviewing and analysing media coverage (print and broadcast), public opinion surveys and expert opinions from economists, government representatives and political consultants. You will survey specific constituencies and collect information from field teams. Most importantly, you will work with multiple teams across the organization to convert the synthesized information into strategy. Ultimately, you should be able to predict political, social and economic trends, evaluate cultures, values and political ideologies and present unbiased reports.
Responsibilities & Capability: • Conducting research on different political matters such as political ideologies and foreign relations. • Monitor and report the political developments in their assigned zones and constituencies. • Gathering data from sources like election results and public opinion surveys. • Using statistical data analysis to interpret the findings. • Reporting current political situation and designing strategies for the client. • Identify & make contacts with general & political influencers in the allotted zones. • Developing different political theories based on historical documents and research. • Forecasting political, economic, and social trends. • Writing reports and giving a presentation of research findings in the form of reports, and publishing articles. • Monitoring different policy decisions, current events, and legislation modifications. • Evaluating the effects of different policies and regulations on businesses, government, and businesses. • Establishing sources and contacts to use in future research. • Staying updated with international developments and public affairs. Qualifications: • Proven work experience as a political analyst or similar roles in the Media Industry (5+ years) • BSc/MSc in political studies, journalism or relevant fields. • Portfolio of published articles or newscasts • Proficiency in drafting documents and Microsoft Office • Solid experience with statistical analysis software and qualitative research tools • Proficiency in English and Hindi Language. • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills • Outstanding writing skills and ability to report on research findings clearly • Integrity and morality • Up to date with current affairs
