Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Revenue Cycle Analytics) – 100% REMOTE
Job Summary
Provide analytical and reporting support to Revenue Cycle leadership and others within Revenue Cycle. Partner with Revenue Cycle leaders and other stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve Key Performance Indicators.
This is a 100% remote position.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform routine reporting and analysis as well as ad hoc requests.
- Complete projects requiring data extraction, compilation, and analysis for the end user.
- Identify trends and suggest opportunities for improvement to leadership.
- Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adjust priorities as needed.
- Automate reporting processes where appropriate.
- Advise clinical leaders and partners in Revenue Cycle in utilizing self-service reporting tools.
- Serve as liaison between Revenue Cycle and Information Technology to facilitate very technical requests with potentially large data sets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs Degree in Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial or analytical position
- Excel (intermediate level or higher)
- SQL writing (intermediate or higher)
- Additional Microsoft Office experience including PowerPoint, Word, and Access (beginner level or higher)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Epic certification in Clarity or Revenue Data model a plus (required to become certified in Epic Revenue Data Model within one year of hire)
Preferred Qualifications
- Business Objects experience
5 years relevant experience
