Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru

  • Lead Marketing Insights function in Country: Build strong Marketing by the Numbers culture within India Marketing team to deliver on business marketing growth targets.
  • Marketing planning: Manage calendar co-ordinate marketing planning between regional planning manager country marketing team. Co-ordinate deliver high quality plan including Market sizing, Campaign plans, Customer Targeting Database strategy, Readiness QBR reviews.
  • Campaign Reporting and Insights: Lead local Marketing Management System from setting of targets through to co-ordination of weekly reporting, insights and actions. Ensure high quality leadership read-outs on Indias performance, insights actions.
  • Customer Insight Targeting: Adobes goal is to drive Account Based Marketing Experiences in India. To do this well you will manage our Customer Masterfile, Research, Segmentation, Prioritization and Selections to ensure we are creating amazing cross-channel experiences for each customer segment, at each stage of their lifecycle.
  • CRM, Campaign DB Operations: Drive campaign planning with country marketing team, sales play management in addition to account contact data-quality metrics. Partner with regional teams to ensure that country processes are compliant being managed at a high standard.
  • Campaign Lead Operations. Manage and drive local lead management processes including lead upload, lead scoring, lead routing co-ordination of local ADM/sales lead follow-up.

What you need to succeed

8 years’ relevant experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, sales operations, or marketing and a relevant degree with a track record of delivering measurable results;

Track record working with B2B customers preferably in ITT, retail, finance;

Strong problem-solving skills, ability to structure problems into a data and analytics plan and execute.

Strong communication skills, and ability to clearly articulate insights to a wide range of audiences.

Deep understanding of the performance marketing landscape in today’s constantly evolving marketing environment.

Experience with one or more data visualization tools such as Tableau, Excel, Power BI, etc.

Self-starter with a track record of consistent delivery and execution
