Responsibilities:
- Customer Data programs support role to Global Shared Services (GSS) team
- Customer Administration Management (CRM (SFDC or Oracle), Reporting (OAC), Alteryx, Advanced Excel) including membership application processing, profile maintenance etc.
- Customer Data Stewardship
- Performance management reporting
- Provide the business insights to the Global Shared Services leaders
- Act as a trusted advisor to the GSS operations teams
- Analyze and allocate work requests to other teams
- Train and mentor team members
- Take ownership of the process as an SME and challenge the status quo
- Work on process improvement ideas
- Track, report and maintain the daily process metrics
- Analyze and present key process indicators to management
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of systems enhancements / launches when required
- Perform administrative / process audit checks when required
- Queries management on Customer Data Management
- Perform administrative process audit checks when required
Qualifications:
- BS/BA or Equivalent Degree with 5+ years of related work experience (combination of Operations and Sales Support roles in the technology sector)
- Advanced level – MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.) skills are essential, Visio, MS Access
- Knowledge of Customer Data Cycle and its basic requirements
- Knowledge of CRM systems usage; Keen understanding of Oracle CRM (Sales Cloud) or any other CRM system
- Ability to build relationships with vendors and key stakeholders
- Self-starter and a proactive can-do innovative attitude
- Requires excellent communication skills, cross functional experience and strong interpersonal skills
- Results and detail oriented with the ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adopt frequent process changes
- Experience with Project Management
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Technologies:
- Systems and Tools (e.g. CRM Tools (~SFDC, Oracle CRM), Quoting Tools such as BMI (Big Machines), OBIEE, etc.)
- CPQ / Big Machines – Quoting tool
- Oracle Sales Cloud end user experience (Any other CRM end user experience)
- Intermediate level MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.) required, Visio, MS Access is good to have
- Machine Learning a distinct advantage
