What you’ll be doing…
With your analytical, big data, and reporting expertise, you will deliver business value to support Capital Management reporting and analytics by driving insights to actions. One way you will accomplish this is by developing analytical views of data utilizing various BI tools such as Tableau, Kibana, Power BI, Qlik, Google Apps Scripts, and proprietary web-based applications. You’ll also connect various data locations to stage data before visualizations. The insights and recommendations you provide will help to improve performance.
- Strategizing, overseeing, documenting, planning, and defining the scope of data integration with evolving timelines in various stages of completion.
- Architect the integration of multiple databases and systems to connect external and internal customer feedback into a cohesive integrated dashboard.
- Expertise in product validation activities associated with obtaining customer feedback for insight gathering.
- Leading collaboration with business leads and IT to execute all visual design stages from concept and requirements to final hand-off to business unit end-users.
Familiarity and teaming with design experts to…
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing wireframes, production documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, models, and reports.
- Review existing visualizations to assess existing opportunities for improvement within the Capital Management process and to drive a best-in-class user solution.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
What we’re looking for…
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Willingness to travel.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- A Master’s degree.
- Leadership and strategic planning experience.
- Experience investigating and solving complex technical problems and data discrepancies.
- Experience with business and customer intelligence systems to provide diagnostic self-serve information to clients and business units.
- Extensive knowledge of data warehouse, data domains and data.
- Experience with program management.
- Experience in capital management and execution.
- Ability to develop solutions that align tactical solutions with strategic goals.
- Ability to lead and facilitate cross functional teams of managers and directors to gain consensus and execute to deliver results.
- Ability to define the future state, as well as identifying the steps to get there.
- Proven experience in process and requirements documentation.
- Experience with Verizon proprietary applications.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.
If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $107,000 and $198,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
