What you ll be doing…
As the AID Principal architect for Business Enablement Organization, you will be responsible for Business engagement and building innovative solutions by applying cutting edge data science techniques.
- Engage closely with the business, understand problem statements and incubate ideas and models.
- Discover insights using data modelling and analysis techniques that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
- Create data science driven solutions that drive product effectiveness, personalization, better customer experience and operational efficiencies.
- Work with a talented team of data analysts, software developers and data science professionals who will play a key role in developing and delivering the next generation AI/ML solutions to the business.
- Lead a seamless experience and ensuring high standards of CX and performance across channels.
- Work closely and engage with key business stakeholders in discussion on business strategies and opportunities where data science and AI can be leveraged.
- Cross-team collaboration – Work closely with other AI D pillars like AI Center, Data engineering and ML engineering.
- Drive technical innovation through active research and applications of new theories, techniques, and technologies.
- Focus on patents and publishing.
- Perform thorough data analysis, uncover opportunities and address business problems.
Be a subject matter expert on machine learning and predictive modeling and a mentor to junior data scientists.

Youll need to have:
Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Four or more years of experience practicing data science in business.
Experience in identifying business opportunities and building impactful data science driven use cases.
Experience using different statistical/modeling techniques.
Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and EDA using Python.
Experience working in analytics projects as an architect.
Even better you have:
Experience in leading data management and data analysis in relational database and in Hadoop.
Experience interacting and collaborating deeply with other lines of business the ability to work across cross cultural teams.
Good story telling skills stakeholder management.
Experienced with A/B and Multi-variate testing, and should be able to provide recommendations accordingly.
Expertise in performing thorough data analysis using database queries, spreadsheets, statistical packages tools, and communicate results effectively.
Experience with dev-ops and agile models, as well as more traditional functional operating models.
Industry recognitions – Patents Papers.
Problem solving and critical thinking capabilities.
Experience creating compelling narratives to influence decision makers.
Ability to interact and provide executive level communications to senior management.
Consumer domain background.
Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
Assertive and objective decision making skills with the drive to deliver and arrive at solutions.
