Vimaan is seeking a talented business intelligence and data analyst to define, implement, and continuously improve processes and tools and be the operations partner with AI/ML development teams and field applications teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with Computer Vision, Software Development, Applications Engineering and Field Ops to continuously improve data gathering, processing and analysis systems.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and validation of KPIs / OKRs to track health of multi-tenant customer operations using dashboards and visualization tools.
- Continuous monitoring and improvement of the daily production data pipeline
- Assist department leads as required on projects involving application of automation technologies to department processes.
- Partner with operations, field engineering and analysts to model capacity, throughput, line balancing at various customer sites
- Establish a rhythm of the data pipeline, measure, monitor and improve the consistency, quality, and accuracy using analytical tools
- Assist teams with root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action planning and implementation, data-based decision making to address development challenges in the product and systemic variability encountered in operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable field (e.g., Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics)
- 2-4 years related experience such as data extraction and analytics, data quality, and database relational structures.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge on report automation tools – Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Basic proficiency with relational databases and Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot table design and macros
- 1 – 2 years of experience leading or partnering with a team to provide 24×7 online support to clients.
- Self-starter, hands-on and possess a can-do attitude
- Enthusiasm to dive in and provide creative solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication, and cross-functional teamwork skills
This role is in Bangalore, India and will require collaboration with teams across the USA.
