Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
1). Real experience of working on RFPs/RFQs etc. and developing response content. We dont need coordinators/bid managers etc.
2). Experience of working with Digital type of solutions Automation, Analytics, AI/ML etc.. Experience in Contact center type solutions, will be excellent.
3). Exposure of working with BPO would be preferred.
What you will do – Main responsibilities:
- You will be the backbone of company’s Digital Transformation Presales and solutions team for key pursuits
- You will work with company’s Digital Transformation sales team to leverage company’s digital transformation toolset and client specific requirements to successfully create a compelling and value driven proposal, often for new logos
- You will write up the responses in line with the submission format and clearly articulate our value proposition
- In doing so, you will demonstrate a keen understanding of the customers’ business and our transformation toolset, maintaining a balance between the interest of the customer and that of organization.
- Build and maintain positive, long-lasting strategic relationships with key internal stakeholders that you will rely on to solution the proposal
What you need to bring Required skills
- You are experienced in presales and solutions for the business process services / consulting industry with a track record of successfully delivering quantifiable and value driven proposals
- Ability to research, analyze and interpret customer and customer industry specific nuances
- You are a 360 thinker, a lifelong learner and constantly assimilate information
- You have excellent analytical, presentation & communication skills. MS Powerpoint, Excel and Word skills are a must
- Ability to independently develop solutions for complex business functions
- You are a servant leader and team player who listens and can build trusting and collaborative relationships with stakeholders and teammates
- You make data-based decision making a core way of working, you are able to constructively debate ideas, and constantly push for the best outcomes
- You draw energy from understanding and breaking complex challenges into manageable phases; you are resilient by nature and comfortable with ambiguity
What you need to bring Good to have skills
- Knowledge of Contact center industry
- Understanding of Automation, Analytics, Design thinking and Omnichannel solutions
- Any relevant industry specific knowledge or expertise
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years experience in business or digital transformation, technology or business consulting in a services environment
Shift schedule
- Significant overlap with US EST hours
- Need based weekend work
Work set-up (Indefinite WAH/Permanent WAH/Onsite): Prefer in office. OK with WAH with flexibility to travel as needed to office
