from Sales & Marketing to convert ambiguity into structure.
Your Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Enterprise Information and Data Architecture / Solution Architecture community to
influence Enterprise Architecture ensuring enterprise solution blueprints fully reflect data
governance-by-design and privacy-by-design. -
Work with data stakeholders from across the company to evolve core reporting and prioritize
analytics requests, centralize core metrics definitions and establish a world-class data governance
framework. -
Partner with your cross functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, Data
science, Product, Performance marketing, Finance) to deliver a data & metrics ecosystem that is
accessible, reliable, and timely -
Take ownership of the data visualization layer to ensure core metrics are easily accessible, accurate,
well-defined and easily understood -
Deliver data tools or automation solutions to minimize the extent of ad-hoc requests and necessity for
ad-hoc analysis
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Strong SQL skills
-
5+ years of experience at the intersection of analytics, data engineering, and data strategy, building
data tools and infrastructure and 2 year of relevant data product manager experience -
Master’s degree in science, computer science, statistics, economics, mathematics, or a similar
quantitative discipline -
Expert knowledge of data platform architectures in the context of a complex landscape of critical
transactional and analytical systems. Deep understanding of APIs, data integrations, data
visualization tools (i.e. Tableau) -
Strong leader and strategic thinker with ability to build and inspire teams and develop relationships
with multiple stakeholder groups to drive adoption and deliver expected benefits -
Willing to get your hands dirty to bring clarity to complex data infrastructure and prioritization
decisions, Comfort working with messy data with a drive to improve it -
Have experience collaborating across data engineering, analytics/data science, and cross-functional
stakeholders in product and finance -
Demonstrable experience changing company trajectory through technical, data-driven projects,
insights, and tools.

Experience working with MarTech tools such as A/B Test Platforms, Consumer
Identity management, customer data platforms, tag management platforms, data management
platforms, customer experience analytics platforms, web analytics tools and customer feedback
platforms; - specific experience with some of the following required: Segment, Salesforce Marketing
Cloud, Salesforce Sale Cloud, Google Marketing Suite, Mixpanel, Braze, Google Analytics,
Snowflake.
