Seeking an individual with EDI experience, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail for an evolving and growing company. This role will work directly with business stakeholders and IT management to elicit requirements, provide ideas for improvements, and deliver well-documented solutions that accommodate stakeholder and business process needs while ensuring that pre-defined coding standard practices are followed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and continual operation of integration platforms and electronically transmitted data to and from partners.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues relating to data passed through EDI and API.
- Resolve EDI and API integration errors and re-process documents.
- Monitor changes to EDI and API specifications and analyze impact, ensuring that processes are correct and scalable.
- Ability to build new EDI and API integrations.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and drive change
- Other duties as assigned
Qualification:
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
