Job Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India
We are seeking Functional Testing Analyst to support Vistex software Testing. Primarily this Job involves testing Vistex processes across different Vistex applications by actively engaging and participating in various testing cycles during Vistex implementations. Significantly improve quality of our deliverables and ensure quality assurance to Vistex Clients.
Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the application products developed by the business
- Extensively test solution to validate and verify application functionality and performance
- Document test results and solution features being tested to ensure the highest quality product
- Develop testing strategy and test cases
- Formally document features and functions of solution provided by the project team to the customer
- Work closely with the project team and development team to resolve issues
- Assess readiness of solution performance based upon test results
- Assist in investigation and resolution of support-related customer issues as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Assume responsibility and assist at various levels of project implementation life cycle.
- Executing test scenarios and test scripts after thorough understanding of different business processes.
- Should be very good at documentation.
- Should possess strong business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; ability to tailor communications for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint is must
- Extremely comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent time-management and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in the role of a Testing(QA) Analyst.
- A Bachelor Degree from a recognized University in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or equivalent is a must.
- Ability to learn business concepts and new system functionality quickly
- Ability to take general direction and “fill in the pieces” as necessary – strong initiative, self-reliance, and ability to cope with and resolve ambiguity
- Team player with a positive and encouraging demeanor
- Ability to participate across various teams, cultures, geographies and time zones
- Ability to quickly switch focus to other tasks
- Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills
- Experience in multiple full lifecycle software implementations is a big plus
- Collaborative and consultative work style
- Ability to link business processes with products/solutions
- Knowledge in SAP SD/MM/FI integration is a plus
