Overview

Aquent’s Client is looking to expand global brand and retail measurement coverage for their hardware and services as they look into a major product expansion. Support is needed to complete key retail measurement and brand measurement projects and reporting.

Overall Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day execution of Retail Experience measurement, both digital/online and physical brick-and-mortar stores. Manage day-to-day execution of Brand tracking program across Devices and Services Product Area. Work with external vendors to execute programs, and with internal partners to understand key business questions, and deliver results. Collect, Analyze, and Report on data. Partner with internal teams on Media Measurement, synthesizing results from various local teams and stakeholders into actionable insights and reports. Work across many teams to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Understand and incorporate complex business requirements into research. Evangelize research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and oral presentations.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Execution of global brand health trackers for Devices & Services Product Area
  • Execution of Retail Experience measurement
  • Pull, populate, and synthesize brand/media results from various sources for standard and ad hoc reporting for a variety of XFN reporting and forums
Skill/Experience/Education:
Mandatory:

  • B.A. degree in STEM field, social sciences, or business / accounting.
  • 5+ years leading marketing measurement and research programs, specifically using survey-based measurement tools
  • Excellent working knowledge of consumer research methods, statistics applied to measurement and research, and experiment and research design.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
Desired:

  • 3+ years of experience in applied data science, statistics and modeling for a marketing organization.
  • Programming experience (e.g., SQL, Python)
  • Experience creating dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PLX, Data Studio)
