The Role:
Viz.ai is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented professional to join the Strategy & Business Development team. The Business Strategy Analyst/Associate (based on experience) will have the opportunity to experience the full lifecycle from strategy assessments to roadmap development to solution execution. As part of this role, the Analyst/Associate will conduct market assessments and relevant analyses to support broader strategic decisions, such as new market entry, enterprise capability development, and business model strategy, among other activities. This role will require working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to execute on and own project management of existing business projects.
The ideal candidate will be team oriented, highly detail oriented and structured, quantitative, a great-communicator, and a self-starter who demonstrates a willingness to own and drive activities. This role will report to the Strategy & Business Development Manager at Viz.ai.
You will:
- Conduct analyses to validate proposed ideas and inform business decisions about the future direction of the company
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are on track and that risks/dependencies are are highlighted
- Manage relevant business systems (Monday.com / project management tool, etc.)
- Manage key project documents and deliverables

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree required
- Excellent critical thinker and problem solver
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Suite
- Excellent analytic and project management skills
- Ability to understand data quickly and derive key insight
- Demonstrated initiative to drive cross-functional programs
- Resourceful and quick learner
- 1-3 years of healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device experience, ideally in the areas of strategy, go-to-market, marketing, and/or commercial operations
