The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with WWSMS – Plan to Pay Leadership team & its stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, leverage best-in-class tools, processes, and technologies that can be scaled to deliver larger efficiency & outcomes. With your skills in leading process improvement for our Plan to Pay team which is responsible for Account, Territory & Quota & Commissions aspects. We are expecting a collaborator who can liaise with multiple teams on gathering the business requirement and accomplish an end to end project management

Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
- Within 30 days of employment, complete all the onboarding formalities and learnings, understand various pillars of WWSMS team, their functionalities, their mission to know what will be their contributions to Plan to Pay. Deep dive understanding of the Plan to Pay team.
- Within 60 days of employment, get familiar with Governance processes, Quota load process, and internal ticketing system to collaborate with various business partners to resolve issues and requirements.
- Within 90 days of employment, you will start interacting with the Leadership team & Stake Holders to gather appropriate requirements to scope outcomes, outputs, and value propositions that accelerate time to serve and improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Within 180 days of employment, you will be a front-ending project that will maximize business agility through effective change management and governance
- Within 360 days of employment, you will be leading projects to facilitate transformation and continue to drive goal-setting for subsequent phases in our journey of improvement projects, advancing and maintaining existing projects.
The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?
- Work in an agile environment, iterating once every week, contributing in regular standup calls to enable self and the squad to achieve business goals. Retrospect and focus on continuous process improvements
- Ensure all the existing automation is maintained in a timely manner driven by VMware Territory changes or Account changes or fixing glitches.
- Deliver automation and standardization of Plan to pay stretch business goals as agreed by the WWSMS team.
- Regularly connect with Stakeholders to understand new automation requests, prioritize the requests based on set criteria and be the advocate to the stakeholders till project completion.
- Create Business Requirement Document (BRD) including descriptive texts, process flows, and related information describing the required system changes for development.
- Generate useful insights for current state processes, pain points, and designed solutions for functional leaders and key stakeholders globally to add value across the sales organization.
- Provide timely updates on the projects to the Leadership team through newsletters and staff meetings.
- Work with Global teams spanning different time zones.
