Position Description
To manage applications within Product Data Management area having two major business areas, parts compliance, and corporate standard. You will collaborate, under the Product Owner responsibility, with the Stable Team and all the teams around the products! You will be the favorite contact of the Key Users from different Volvo organizations.
Key responsibilities
- Close collaboration with business representatives from the Digital & IT department to ensure high quality, stable and secure solutions
- Deliver formal system requirement specifications (functional and non-functional) and manage these specifications throughout the application’s life cycle
- Work in close collaboration with IT team, Business representatives, and End-users. Provide input to visual design related to the End-user perspective
- Approve the delivery of User Stories and lead the execution of User Acceptance Tests
Your Mission, should you accept it is:
- Business requirement’s elicitation by applying different techniques to reflect business needs
- Support managing backlog with the Scrum master and the Product Owner with estimation to PO to prioritize sprint/PI score
- Defining and creating user stories with the Business Stakeholders
- Define requirements acceptance criteria in a form that allows testing the new functionality
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders, Development and QA teams
- Ensure that requirements are understood by all members of the stable team
- Collaborate with other Group IT teams to develop solutions
- Work proactively to be in a Continuous Development process
- Preparing guidelines for end-users of the systems/application
- Communication of all changes in the application to the users
Your competences/Experiences:
- At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Fluency in English (both verbal & written)

Practical experience in:
- documenting the requirements based on Agile/SAFe methodology
- working in Agile projects (Scrum, Safe)
- Ability to conduct workshops (use of a wide range of workshop techniques depending on the type of client and their needs
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members in multi-cultural and geographically distributed teams
- Good knowledge of Collaborative tools such as Office 365, Azure DevOps…
