Our Team
The Total Rewards Services team is a dynamic and multi-functional team spanning across several pillars like Total Cash Compensation Operations, Tools, Compensation Design, Long Term Incentives, Benefits, Financial Compliance etc. This Bangalore based team collaborates and works together with our colleagues based out of US, predominantly Bentonville (Arkansas) creating benchmarks around customer service delivery and a superior associate experience.

- Analyses data for analytics projects; gathering data from internal and external sources; synthesizing data into analytics datasets to support project goals; maintaining analytical software tools; identifying trends and patterns in data; identifying discrepancies in data based on project goals; and providing reports and data insights to support overall project deliverables.
- Participates in multiple analytics project teams by working with project teams and business partners to determine project goals and objectives; gathering and synthesizing data; developing reports as needed; utilizing business knowledge to ensure data supports project goals; analyzing data based on identified variables; reviewing data results with team members to ensure accuracy; and communicating results and insights to the project team and business partners.
- Presents data insights to key stakeholders by developing insights based on data analysis; applying analytical results to project goals; identifying trends and key insights; translating results into business actions; and presenting results and insights to key stakeholders.

Entry Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Information Technology, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Equity Compensation knowledge: award types, taxation, file processing, exercises, payroll etc.
- Knowledge of and experience with Fidelity PSW and Workday desired
- Experience in external vendor management desired
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and apply analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver excellent results
- Capacity to be flexible, adapt to shifting priorities and be a collaborative team player
- Acute understanding of confidentiality and access to sensitive information.
- Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel with ability to report on data quickly, effectively, and accurately (pivot tables, vlookup, formulas, data manipulation/formatting)
- Building advanced workflows & creating dashboards using business intelligence (BI) tool preferably Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar ETL tools
- Experience in working on performing exploratory analysis and creating insights
- Experience with statistical programming languages (for example, Python, R) will be preferred
- Experience with SQL and relational databases (for example, DB2, Oracle, SQL Server) for data pulls
