Team and Position Summary Our team Content Acquisition Team is chartered with one of the initiatives to build an audit organization that validates vendor submissions in terms of content and images to meet Walmart’s Standard Operating Procedures SOPs Style Guides and work with vendors to retrieve additional information as needed. The team will also set standards for content acquisition and deliver a high-quality catalog across the omnichannel platform to provide better user customer experience across thousands of Walmart stores and eCommerce businesses. Position Responsibilities Champions a Content vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple programs, in support of corporate goals and objectives. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. The role is on the Content Acquisition Team, part of the area responsible for the development and management of the Walmart Product Catalog. The role will be to directly engage with multiple stakeholders, to develop and execute a strategy that supports the improvement of content quality. Build small- to mid-size business intelligence BI solutions data sets, queries, reports, dashboards, analyses or components of larger solutions to answer business questions with data. Own all partnerships with stakeholders to set up, onboard and maintain required tables, data lakes, data structures for selling partner self-service. Developing, maintaining queries for selling partner self-service features and owning ad-hoc query needsdive deeps for escalationsissues identified. Ability to use optimized queries to derive insights out of large amounts of data. Ability to analyze data from complex and varied data sources. Quick learner and Knowledge of job schedulers like Chron is a plus. Automation and upkeep of reportsdata requirements for leadership reviews and business reviews weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual formats. Supporting the Content Acquisition team for large-scale data requirements and providing them in an actionable format to enable data analysis and drive effective decision making. Learn and understand a broad range of Walmart data resources and know-how, when and which data sources to use. Present insights and develop new metrics to help shape effective feature expansion strategies and streamline business initiatives. Troubleshoot data, analyses, and code, research root causes, propose solutions, and take ownership in the next steps for their resolutions. Act as a liaison between Tech, Product and Program teams for generic and custom reporting needs. Position Requirements Minimum qualifications 1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or related field and appropriate experience in Business Intelligence area. 2.4 years as a business intelligence analyst or related role. 3.3 years working in Tableau Desktop or publishing to Tableau Server required. 4.Knowledge of Advanced SQL, Python, Google Cloud Platform, Big Query. 5. Demonstrated working in Tableau, Kibana, Power BI and Excel Advanced VBA. Required Skills 1.Knowledge to write scripts for automation using Python, Perl, Ruby. 2.Well versed knowledge of elastic search index, Hive, Spark Jobs, HDFS. 3.In-depth experience analyzing data and creating reports with strong spreadsheet excel, database query experience mainly SQL, quantitative modelling, and forecasting skills. 4.Demonstrate excellent UX design and data visualization skills. 5.Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, and Order Management System. 6.Ability to manage complex projects simultaneously and drive projects to completion, with little-to-no guidance and close attention to detail. 7.Great teamwork and interpersonal skills. 8.Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. 9.Take the initiative and tackle challenges with enthusiasm.
