Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and digital marketing. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and demographics to inform marketing strategies.
• Provide insights on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

Business Process Improvement:

• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process enhancements.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and make adjustments as needed.

Strategic Planning:

• Assist in the development of business strategies and plans to achieve company goals.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing marketing campaigns and increasing ROI.

Project Management Support:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing projects and initiatives.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly.

Client Relationship Management:

• Support the account management team in understanding client needs and expectations.
• Provide analytical support for client presentations and proposals.
• Assist in the development of customized reports and insights for clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics).
• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month

Schedule:
