Wells Fargo is seeking an Analytics Senior Manager in Analytics and Decision Support (ADS) as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations. ADS is the Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations Center of Excellence (COE) for Analytics and Reporting. This team provides the Operations organization with analytic insights, data visualization, risk, regulatory and planning support through the creation of dashboards, exception and quality reports, and consultative analysis to transform information into insight, knowledge and understanding.
This leader will be part of the ADS Automated Reporting team and be responsible for leading a team of analytic consultants that primarily support the data and analytics needs of the Fraud and Claims Management organization. This team performs complex data mining from large-scale data sources using various tools (including SAS, SQL, Tableau, and others) to perform analysis and create interactive actionable reporting.

In this role, you will:
- Leads the development of complex dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and MSTR, attaching to multiple sources, tiered levels of security, and data sets.
- Provides senior level consulting services to Operations Leadership and partners around Analytics, Dashboard Development and Data Mining using in-depth knowledge and expertise.
- Provides insight and knowledge around obtaining data and its extraction from various systems.
- Leads project/virtual teams and mentors lower-level staff.
- Communicates effectively with peers and partners in both operational and management areas.
- Coordinate and drive common approach to regulatory and compliance metrics/reporting.
- Leverage data visualization tools & techniques to deliver insights that drive decisions.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and project teams.
- Drive data and reporting improvements.
- Ensure team compliance with governed and approved procedures and policies affecting ADS.
- Delegate responsibility appropriately and identify opportunities to stretch team members in support of their development and to meet business objectives and strategy
Required qualifications :
- 6+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years management experience
- 6+ years of reporting
- 6+ years of consultative business analysis experience
- 6+ years of SQL or SAS experience
Desired qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise with SQL, SAS, Tableau, and/or Power BI
- Ability to drive the requirements process with both technical and business partners
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
- Meeting facilitation experience in leading discussions that result in consensus and commitment
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to quickly learn business operations and processes
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Pay Range:
