Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant to be part of the Card Retail Services team within Consumer Lending, and will be responsible for developing business insights using data, and leading initiatives, using those insights, to drive continuous improvement. In this role, you will:
- Review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Perform complex financial and economic analysis and model development
- Plan, coordinate, and execute primary and secondary customer market projects
- Manage or participate on large cross group projects and mentor less experienced staff
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- The successful candidate will possess a strong blend of technical and business problem solving skills with heavy focus on quality, accuracy, and business user interaction. They will have experience performing ad hoc analysis and production reporting
- Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, documenting, and developing systems and procedures
- Create both Operational and Executive Leadership Reports
- Present analysis to leadership with recommendations and observations
Required Qualifications, US:
- 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- SAS and/or SQL experience
- Tableau and/or Power BI experience
- Leverage new data sources to understand the Contact Center information and develop strategies to drive continuous improvement

Job Expectations:
- Candidate must reside within a commutable distance to the addresses listed in the posting but may have the option to work from home. Ability to provide and work from a home office. This allows our team to collaborate as needed for training, team meetings, or other business as needed
- This is a hybrid schedule for 3 days in office, 2 days option to work from home
