Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to be a key leader as part of the Technology Risk Program Execution Team within the Commercial Banking Technology and Data Risk Program Team. This role will provide a unique opportunity to help the Commercial Banking Business drive business and technology risk strategy and investments through partnership with Enterprise Information Technology, Technology Control, and Enterprise Information Security. The ideal candidates will have a well-rounded risk and technical background with experience in Business Intelligence, data warehousing, information architecture, and technology application processes.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as the Reporting and Analysis lead for the Technology and Data Risk Program Team. Lead development of new reporting capabilities utilizing business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
  • Guide onshore and offshore reporting resources to develop new reporting and business intelligence products to support risk portfolio analysis.
  • Work with Technology Risk and Control to provide a consistent view of the technology and data risk profile of Commercial Banking.
  • Lead aspects of the Commercial Banking Embedded IT governance Process with a focus on remediating local data marts to include analytical sandbox environments.
  • Provide Business side support of Technology risk remediation projects such as Production Data in Lower-Level Environments.
  • Partner with business SMEs to map applications to Business Processes and Products; become the subject matter expert on the business purpose behind applications and their short and long-term strategic use.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Background in technology risk and/or Business Intelligence/Reporting
  • Business Intelligence Experience: Tableau Developer experience preferred
  • SQL, Power BI/Power Query, and strong Excel manipulation skills
  • Experience as an application owner on the business or technology side
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Financial services experience
  • 3+ years SharePoint development experience

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
  • Ability to work in the office at least 3 days per week (unless on an approved accommodation)
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
