About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Program Analytics Consultant to join the HR Governance Program team within Human Resources. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .

In this role, you will:

  • Evaluate effectiveness of Wells Fargo HR Governance programs
  • Develop and provide analysis of HR Governance key metrics and dashboard
  • Make recommendations for process improvements across HR Governance programs
  • Review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Perform complex financial and economic analysis and model development
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute primary and secondary customer market projects
  • Manage or participate on large cross group projects and mentor less experienced staff
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Audit, Compliance, Risk, or Regulatory experience
  • 2+ years of Advanced Excel experience, including performing data analysis creating pivot tables
  • 1+ years of compensation experience
  • 1+ years of experience providing cross-functional analytics support to leadership to plan and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives
  • 1+ years of experience using Power Query or equivalent experience with ETL solutions
  • 1+ years of experience using Power BI or equivalent experience using big data tools
  • 1+ years of experience using Data Analysis Expressions (DAX)
  • 1+ year of Python experience
  • Experience exercising independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques
  • Experience working in financial services
  • Experience working with C-suite
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge and understanding of human resources policies and processes
  • Ability to present digestible material, conveying complex material concisely
  • Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results with speed and agility
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Job Expectations:

  • Willingness to work on-site at one of the required locations below. Position will require onsite presence
  • Required locations listed below. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
  • Position Locations include Charlotte NC, Phoenix AZ, Chandler AZ, Des Moines IA, Minneapolis MN, Irving TX, San Antonio TX, and Fort Mill, SC
