In this role, you will:
- Conduct extensive marketing analytics to help position brand to optimize results
- Analyze paid media and social media data to enhance brand marketing and analyze consumer sentiments
- Identify influencers for brand
- Profiling using salesforce
- Use Email marketing campaign to engage with customers
- Derive market level insights, and tell the story from a business angle
- Experience in developing campaign performance insights
- Deliver ongoing deep dives to continually improve the channel performance, and lead the work stream with the agency to deliver and report on outcomes. Partner with platform experts in agency and partner networks
- Use industry and competitor analysis data and tools to assess the full potential of paid media
- Work closely with the strategy, operations and optimizations team; generate reports and be able to translate the campaign metrics into a media journey; then work backwards on identifying/feeding the suggestions for future strategies
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring analytical application of industry techniques, advance data from multiple sources
- Design and lead complex projects, analyses, and application of techniques across the enterprise
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that align to the enterprise
- Engage with peers, managers risk, compliance, managers across the enterprise, and serve as an expert advisor to leadership team
- Collaborate with line of business (LOB) and center of excellence (COE) partners to create Design of Experiments (DOEs) for RTTO campaigns
- Provide analytical support in A/B and multivariate testing as well as fractional and full factorial DOEs
- Define measurement plan including primary and secondary metrics to measure success for DOEs
- Create and validate tagging plan for RTTO campaigns that will allow sufficient data collection to be able to measure campaign success
- Prepare and execute test plans prior to launching RTTO campaigns

Required Qualifications:
- 12-15 years of experience with focus on Media Analytics, Web Analytics, Financial Modeling, Reporting; 8+ years as Manager, leading a team of 6-7 Digital Analytsts
- Hands on experience in digital marketing tools, like, Google Analytics and Google Data Studio experience/ Google Analytics Experience in Query & listening dashboard building, Adobe Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Trends, Google Correlate, Simply Measured etc.
- 7+ years of SQL experience and SAS programming experience
- Experience in PEGA Customer Decision Hub 8.6
- Experience in Multi-Touch Attribution methodology
- Knowledge of MS Power BI
- Hands-on experience on social media tools like the Brand watch, Talk walker, Ninja Analytics, Crimson Hexagon, NetBase, Radian6, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Audience Insights, Facebook Business Manager, DV360, Sysomos MAP and Heartbeat, Quintly, Social Bakers etc.
- Experience in Social Media Engagement tools: Salesforce Social Studio etc.
- Experience in handling Secondary and Primary Research data
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, AdWords,
- Familiarity with tools such as Teradata Studio, Teradata SQL Assistant, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS JMP, Oracle Maximyser, Jira, and SnagIt
- Expert in Microsoft Excel, DOMO, Tableau, Adobe Site Catalyst
- Gather, organize and analyze data from various sources, and be adept in storytelling from data, for business partners
- Ability to visualize data readout and provide actionable insights as well as recommendations/next steps
