Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate. Business Execution Services (BES) is responsible for leading and executing high priority work efforts across CIB. As a Business Execution Associate., the candidate will be supporting various regulatory and compliance programs of work. The ideal candidate will have experience as a data analyst and will work closely with the data lead and execution to provide project and business data support across the regulatory landscape. This role requires acute attention to detail, a strong sense of accountability, collaboration skills and extensive hands-on experience with analyzing, reporting and communicating data. In close coordination with the Data and Execution leads, the individual will help execute programs of work and implement best data practices across the regulatory change team.
Required Qualifications / Skills
- 6+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: business analysis, project management, change management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or military experience
- Ability to create dashboards that inform executive level reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain databases, spreadsheets and other tools used in data analysis
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Able to prioritize competing/conflicting tasks
- Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in all other Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Desired Qualifications / Skills
- Data reporting team works directly with business teams to understand reporting requirements
- SQL experience
- Experience with Tableau and or Salesforce Services, and or other reporting tools
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills
- Strong aptitude in business analysis, project management and/or change management
