- Design and implement incremental tests to inform channel and campaign performance
- Apply descriptive or advanced statistics to support business outcomes
- Leverage machine learning for predictive analytics
- Develop measurement plans that outline measurement goals, methodology, and deliverables.
- Explore and mine data to provide insights that support hypothesis-driven, business decision-making
- Use SQL to extract and manipulate data
- Generate reports and be able to translate the channel and campaign metrics
- Develop user-friendly and informative data visualizations that support analyses and learnings as well as recommendations/next steps
- Partner with agency teams, publishers, and internal teams to plan and report on outcomes
- Manage tasks on data management, infrastructure, and automation projects

- 8+ years of experience in web, digital, paid social, and web analytics and reporting
- 7+ years of SQL experience working with complex datasets; joining digital, paid social, and web data tables with sales data
- Ability to judge and quantify results of advertising (i.e., understand true value of ROI, impact of results, compare actual results to benchmarks) and know what to do with this information (how to optimize placements, make recommendations etc.)
- Exceptional understanding of the digital measurement space, analytics, tracking tools and tagging, pixel placement
- 5+ years designing incremental tests and application of statistical methods to analyze data (e.g., stat sig testing, linear/logistic regression, random forest, KNN, time series, na ve bayes, clustering)
- Applied knowledge of machine learning principles (test and train) with applied programming language (SQL, Python)
- Experienced in Facebook Advanced Analytics, Google DoubleClick, Google Ads Data Hub, Google AdWords, Adobe Analytics
- Expert experience in of dashboarding tools such as MS Power BI, Tableau
- Expert experience in PPT, Excel, and Word

Desired Qualifications :
- 4+ years of SAS programming experience
- Experience in PEGA Customer Decision Hub 8.6
- Familiarity with tools such as Teradata Studio, Teradata SQL Assistant, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS JMP, Oracle Maximyser, and Jira
- Use third-party industry and competitor analysis data and tools to complement channel and campaign learnings and recommendations
- Knowledge of ad serving, Ad Networks and overall landscape required. Familiar with reporting dimensions and metrics of various ad/reporting servers- DFP, DCM, FB ad manager, Criteo etc.
