Senior Lead Analytics Consultant – Research and Diagnosis (RAD) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Program / Governance
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Analytics Consultant for the Research and Diagnosis (RAD) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Program and Governance team within Complaints, Data, Analytics, and Reporting (CDAR).
In this role, you will:
- Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence statistical modeling, analytical strategies, and advanced data visualization for complex business and technical needs
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring analytical application of industry techniques, advance data from multiple sources, and mathematics behind data analysis across the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical, and coordination of highly complex activities
- Design and lead complex projects, analyses, and application of techniques across the enterprise
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that align to the enterprise
- Engage with peers, managers risk, compliance, managers across the enterprise, and serve as an expert advisor to leadership team.
- Primarily supports development of advanced tableau and reporting to support RCA Program and Governance as well as oversight of RAD casework and analytical requests.
Required Qualifications, US:
- 7+ years of Analytics and Reporting, Financial Modeling, Statistics, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Experience in Analytics and Reporting, Financial Modeling, Statistics, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Extensive SAS, SQL, and Tableau experience
- Ability to synthesize complex analytical findings into executive level communications
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
- Ability to research, compile and perform complex analysis on critical operational data
- Ability to write/code in SQL and SAS (Oracle, SQL, Teradata) and use advanced data mining capabilities to retrieve data from various sources
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Ability to deliver results with speed and agility
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are critical
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to acquire new concepts and skills quickly
