As a Business Analyst for the Operation group, you will work on updates to Warehouse Lending systems and ground-up systems. The systems needed will be capturing loan-level data from customers in non-standard formats for a business where each customer process is most likely unique. This is not your normal automation project with clean repetitive data and standard customer requirements.
What We Are Looking For
- Map complex, interdepartmental workflow processes
- Developed and maintained cross-functional process workflows
- Help define business strategy questions, which answers to those questions will be the foundation of the system requirements.
- Develop needs analyses of potential projects, identify potential solutions and vendors, create requests for proposals, coordinate evaluation of proposals, and facilitate decisions.
- Serve as liaison between clients and technical support staff for Note Finance system
- Have experience in many aspects of the software development life cycle
- Drive implementation/migration and adoption of systems.
- Document and complete testing of all systems; ensure the stability of applications before deployment.
- Develop and oversee ongoing training program for new and experienced users of systems
- Maintain regular interaction with development engineers, clients, sales officers, and operation staff to ensure the best support of the systems
- Develop training programs and guides. Administer training programs.
- Works closely with product manager while maintaining the efficiency of operations and responsibilities of implementing new processes in support of each release.
- When administrative systems projects are being considered:
- Develop needs analyses of potential projects, identify potential solutions and vendors, create requests for proposals, coordinate evaluation of proposals, and facilitate decisions.
- Prepare project scope and develop project plans, including project tasks, resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables.
- Design and carry out implementation process. Anticipate problems and resolve issues where conflicting needs and solutions surface.
- Revise plans and processes as needed to respond to unanticipated problems and minimize negative consequences to priority needs.
What You Need To Have
- A high school diploma is required, bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience is highly desired, with 3+ years of industry related experience with (1) year (minimum) in writing IT development stories, 2 years preferred. Technologies or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training is strongly desired.
- Certified Project Manager or a minimum of 1 year (2 years preferred) experience (documented) in writing IT development stories (Agile preferred) and working in an Agile or similar environment.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple functional disciplines
- Understanding of system development
- Ability to facilitate problem-solving among administrative groups with varying needs and priorities, and to communicate well with administrative users, technical staff, and senior management.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills across organizational boundaries.
