ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create reusable dashboards to automate periodic Ethics and Compliance (E&C) reports.
- Maintain and update existing Tableau dashboards.
- Assist with maintenance of E&C-related data sources.
- Support ad hoc reporting requirements of E&C subject matter experts.
- Identify, record, and monitor implementation of compliance tasks and internal controls improvements.
- Perform monitoring analysis to identify and report on gaps in compliance-related business controls and processes.
- Other special projects and duties as assigned.
- B.A. or equivalent degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience with basic and intermediate SQL (JOINS, GROUP BY, Aggregations etc.)
- Experience in a creating professional reports and dashboards using Tableau
- Experience with R and/or Python for data analysis and visualization.
- Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts), PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Visual Basic is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with business users to refine vague project requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive, exercise independent judgment, and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines simultaneously.
- Exemplary work ethic and ability to generate timely, high quality work.
- Ability to work effectively in a global environment, and experience with diverse cultures preferred.
- Oral and written fluency in English required.
- Position requires minimal travel.
