Better requires process discipline and simplification
In this role, you will help coordinate and further develop the IT Problem Management process, by orchestrating, reviewing, tracking, and reporting on Post-Incident Review (PIR), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and mitigation activities. To fulfill this role, you need in total 8 + years experience. You will also monitor ITSM records to ensure compliance with the documented policies, processes, and standard operating procedures, along with performing proactive and reactive analyses of the incident and problem history to identify improvement opportunities. You will participate, organize, and chair IT problem management process governance as well as various Root Cause Analysis and problem review calls, and deal with internal and external service providers and vendors. In addition, you will be responsible for regular metric data collection, report development and reporting related to the health of multiple IT Service Management processes.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong analytical skills along with excellent English language and communication skills (both verbal and written). You will have major Incident Management and / or Problem Management experience in a global enterprise-type organization. Additionally, candidate could have experience either in infrastructure or application support / development / engineering or ITSM process management governance fields. Also, willingness to drive Continual Service Improvement and a cheerful outlook on problems and opportunities is a must.
