Job Location: Norcross, GA
The Opportunity:
The Sr. Fiber Supply Analyst serves as a key resource for the
centralized Analytics team, with direct responsibility to support the Mill
Procurement, National Accounts, & Commercial Sales teams. The analytics support
includes but is not limited to development of Power BI, Qlik-Sense, or Excel
dashboards, analysis of operational, financial, geographical (mapping),
contractual, and ad-hoc data and presentation development.
Major
Job Responsibilities:
Business Excellence
Develop BI dashboards for existing reporting (Power BI, Qlik)
Provide as needed support across all functions including but not limited to: Converting, Sales, National Accounts, Mill Procurement, Plants, and Market Analytics
Contribute to new report development or existing report modification as needed in excel, power BI, or other analytic tool sets.
Generate National Account bid analysis files
Perform optimization / linear programming analysis on all fiber supply, partnering with Logistics.
Assist in ad-hoc data analysis to support management in optimal business decisions.
Prepare correspondence, presentations, analysis, and reconciliation reports
Independently complete projects and/or presentations for business needs.
Respond to inquiries timely, review discrepancies and research data, as necessary.
Responsible for meeting metrics set by management.
Assist manager with data analysis for team metrics and process improvements.

Effectively and clearly communicate with all stakeholders to provide the highest level of customer service.
Develop and nurture positive and collaborative relationships with all internal and external customers.
Work in conjunction with other departments and locations to resolve disputes in a timely fashion.

Technical
Skills:
Power BI, Qlik, or other BI tools experience
MS-Office (Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Able to use MS-Excel as a part of daily business activity.
Linear Programming experience a plus
Must have strong technical ability and excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Focused, reliable, organized, and very strong attention to detail.
Strong ability to learn new systems.
Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment.
Must be able to work independently and work well under pressure.
Must be able to manage multiple and varied projects simultaneously.

What You Need for this Role:
5+ years of experience working in an analytical or operational role with analytical & data management responsibilities
3+ years of professional BI experience building dashboards, reports, etc.
Bachelors’ degree in business administration, operations, or finance preferred
MBA a plus
