What we are looking for:
The person will primarily responsible for deriving insights from data to detect the process failures and initiate improvements in the domain of research content management. This person will work as a contributor or a team member to find data-driven analysis resulting in measurable actions.
How you will make an impact:

Do data analysis to derive meaningful insights, which would involve activities like data collection / gathering, collation, cleaning, analysing, and reporting

Own updating and scale up of service scorecard and oversee trigger to audit(s)

Ability to simplify and share key-insights to relevant stakeholders.

Supporting in metric definition for the unit and subsequent refinements

Preparing and presenting data or intelligence to varied audience in an easy & accessible manner.

Build and manage regular / ad hoc reporting and dashboards ensuring on time delivery

Responding to queries of stakeholders and performing additional analysis if required

Maintaining strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders to understand key requirements and managing their expectations so

Enabling data-driven process control and improvement across the unit. Explore data to improve service scorecard metrics

Actively manage self-development, keep current with recognised project framework methodology, analytics and data presentation methodologies, best practices, and skills development

Build training modules and conduct awareness sessions with team members
-
Support colleagues to ensure that change is managed proactively and support change initiatives
-
Identify audit triggers and plan a framework or schedule for auditing the set area as required

Perform process, skill, technology, report, or data audits internally and at vendor location; Supporting audits of vendors to understand their position through the service scorecard

Collect data from process audits and time motion study and provide appropriate analysis to define operational and financial reporting metrics. Prepare audit reports and follow up for action taken.

Undertaking data analysis, providing reports and dashboard for management decision making.

Create and maintain databases to effectively capture data for analytics.
Who you are:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Science or engineering (Preferable a master’s degree or MBA from a reputed institute)

Candidate with experience range of 3 to 5 years, preferably in services organization or consulting
-
Proficient in working with advanced MS excel and Power BI and preferable SQL/VBA experience
-
Prior data analytics and stakeholder management and preferred auditing experience

Good presentation & critical thinking skills
-
Decision making aptitude based on guidelines in ambiguous contexts. May offer guidance to new team members

Actively seeks, recommends, and implements new ideas/solutions
