Job Detail:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry level / Virtual Data Entry Analyst Assistant. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and analyzing data for our company. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent attention to detail, who is able to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Review and enter data into our database
- Verify accuracy of data entered
- Maintain database information by verifying and updating information
- Perform data analysis and reporting as required
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve data entry discrepancies
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of security
- Follow established procedures and guidelines
- Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment
- Familiarity with data analysis is a plus
