The HRIS Reporting Analyst is the subject matter expert for the development of both internal and external integrations and reporting for the HCM platform, Workday. The role will have strong technical ability and be able to solve issues with both completely automated as well as manual solutions. The role partners with other team members, business partners, and vendors to effectively meet Wolverine’s integration and reporting needs.
Job Description
– Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement reports and integrations between third-party vendors and Wolverine applications – Participate in system upgrades, integration, and/or testing of new functionality as requested – Understand and ensure security and data privacy standards – Understand and design data structures, values and transformations – Develop new or make changes to existing integrations and reports – Monitor, identify, and resolve integration, reporting, and data issues – Provide daily and on-call production support – Monitor Workday Community for new release functionality – Perform other duties as required/assigned by Manager – Performers duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience – 1 year of experience with Workday integrations and reporting – Demonstrated ability to follow procedures and maintain attention to detail – Able to manage small projects with assistance – Demonstrated ability to learn and grow knowledge on their own and with assistance – Customer service oriented, team player, results driven – Good oral and written communication skills – Good analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills – Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships – Ability to operate independently or as part of a team WORKING CONDITIONS Normal office environment.
