About the Team
Workday’s CX Analytics organization is expanding to assist in steering us toward our goal of growing from $5B to $10B in revenue! The CX Analytics group is a key player in driving this growth, by providing insights when and where users need them to support decision-making and drive business outcomes. Whether via dashboards, reports, or alerts and regardless of system, this group ensures all Customer Success insights are accurate and consistent, easy-to-understand and impactful.
About the Role
The ideal candidate must have a strong reporting/analytics background with Tableau experience and a passion for data. You must be self-motivated and enjoy working in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment. As a member of the CX Analytics team, you will be tasked with developing a deep understanding of the business you support, building strong relationships with your partners, and delivering value.
Responsibilities

Develop dashboards, reports, and scorecards in Tableau for the Customer Success organization.

Develop a solid grasp of the data and business drivers to make recommendations and influence strategic decisions.

Drive new performance indicators, metrics, tracking methodologies and data visualizations.

Mentor and train others on technical development standards and efficiency.
About You
We’re looking for a hands-on, technically focused, customer centric Analyst to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate is someone who is an advocate for both their teammates and our customers. Loves working with data and exploring new analyses.
Basic Qualifications

Experience building reports and dashboards in Tableau with SFDC and SQL (intermediate to advanced) a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics (or related field) or equivalent experience required. Customer Success experience is a plus.

8+ years hands-on experience with analytics.

Solid understanding of relational data concepts and data modeling.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to effectively elicit and translate business requirements.

Experience leading projects; able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to visually present and communicate data, analyses, and findings.

Great attention to detail to ensure the highest level of quality/rigor in reports & data analysis.

Ability to meet customer expectations and handle varying workloads with a high degree of accuracy.

Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
