The Role:
An Operations Analyst is responsible for tactical and operational tasks, process implementation, and reporting. This helps drive operational excellence while supporting the Network Success Organization.
The Operational Analyst will directly report to the Director of Strategy and Optimization and will be responsible for operational administration, reporting efficiencies, and tactical implementation to support business objectives and priorities, driving higher business value within the Network Success Organization.
Your responsibilities:

Administration of reports, dashboard, and resource availability

Analyze process issues and bottlenecks and to make improvements

Maintain reporting tools

Administering documentation repository
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Great analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

Organizational skills

Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments

Administration of operational requirements and opportunities for improvement

Documenting findings, preparing reports, and making recommendations

Implementing new processes and procedures to enhance operations

Working with managers and employees to implement changes

Training employees to use new systems or follow new processes

Determining the effectiveness of new processes

Establishing and maintaining quality standards
Your Qualifications:

Up to 2 years of relevant Operational experience
-
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-
Experience using statistical and database software
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Strong multitasking and time management skills
-
Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments
