Workway is a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. We are looking for a Data Analyst for Member Contact Center responsible for analyzing complex data to develop steps to improve processes and optimize results, working with management.. Your specific duties will include:
- Responsible for providing regular reporting to credit union Management.
- Quickly and accurately provide feedback to ad hoc data requests.
- Provides general support to credit union Management by preparing reports and by tracking, compiling, analyzing, reporting and distributing.
- Responsible for collecting, analyzing and presenting internal and external data/information to evaluate existing business performance to support ongoing initiatives.
- Provides follow up on Net Promoter Surveys and Internal Surveys for the recognition of member contact center staff
- Assists with research for complex member issues that have been escalated to member contact center Management, Social Media and Presidents Staff.
- Maintains proficiency in technology applications, including the operating system and ancillary systems.
- Remote / hybrid with corporate offices in Pasadena and Anaheim
Specific qualifications for the position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2-5 years of experience in a related field required. Previous financial industry and customer service experience preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Critical thinking. Structured thinking. Problem solving. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Data Visualization. Strong power point data visualization slide building skills. Possess good decision making and analytical skills, and ability to exercise good judgment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $49,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
