- Graduate engineers with at least 10 years experience in project engineering/management activities under the supervision of Project Manager or Manager of Projects.
- Demonstrate full commitment to Safety and Quality.
- Fully conversant with the various activities that are performed in a project execution cycle and ensure milestones are being met and deliverables are issued in a timely manner and as per schedule.
- Read and understand contractual requirements of a project.
- Capable of preparing Project Procedure, Execution Plans, Quality Plans and assist Project Manager in the proper execution of the project activties.
- Understand, coordinate implement the procurement and construction interface activties during project execution.
- Understand project budgets, costing and gross margin.
- Capable of organizing weekly meetings, preparing/issuing meeting notes, weekly project reports and such other project documentation.
- Participate in proposal preparation and manage small proposals with Inside Sales.
- Communicate/coordinate within and outside the project task force to ensure project needs are being addressed in a timely manner,
- Participate in IAP sessions and assist PM and Project Controls in ensuring the process is completed smoothly.
- Capable of handling projects of up to 75000 hours independently or with minimal guidance from Project Manager.
- Capable of interfacing/interacting with all stakeholders including licensors, client and vendors on routine project execution issues.
- Coordinate with Project Controls to plan and control the project as per the requirements of the schedule and also prepare and issue progress and productivity reports.
- Prepare 3/6 week look ahead and staffing plans to suit project schedule.
- Fully understand interdiscipline interfaces and able to anticipate and highlite issues/constaints.
- Total 18+ years of experience in Engineering and Design, preferably with engineering consultants/contractors or from client’s side.
- At least 10 years of experience in all aspects of project engineering/management activities.
- Knowledge of Primavera/MS Project would be an advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience of independently handling projects of up to 75000 hours would be an advantage.
- Mention any professional affiliations/certifications.
- Should be open for short travel and deputation to sites where required..
