Create and curate content that teaches college graduates how to apply soft skills/generalist knowledge to deliver outcomes at work. Its not far away that companies will automate most rote tasks. Jobs of the future will require candidates to be able to think creatively, apply emotional intelligence and approach work with an entrepreneurial mindset.
But here’s the problemour education system “programs” us to only use our technical skills or academic knowledge even though the value of just a degree is declining in a competitive job market. This puts the future of millions of graduates in India at risk. Employers now give preference to hiring “smart generalists”. Whether you’re a coder, engineer or accountantproficiency in 21st century workplace skills like creative problem solving, negotiation, storytelling, emotional intelligence & entrepreneurship is essential. In-fact the World Economic Forum ranks these skills amongst the top ten “must haves”.
Functions
- Track costs of delivering service to premium users and dive deeper into improvements
- Improve ways to get feedback and work on stage-wise feedback
- Identify enhancements for the student journey and counseling team process i.e. inter team communications, TATs, POCs, superocket and dashboard enhancements etc.
- Dive deep into processes and protocols at each stage to determine ways to improve efficiency, work rate, customer delight and counselor delight
- Enrollment to Shortlist stage has to improve by XX days or by XX percentage of time etc
- Dive deep into the ticketing solution and platform and ensure continuous improvements are undertaken
- Keep updating the FAQs section to ensure that accurate answers are available for most concerns at the preliminary stage so as to avoid unnecessary queries and escalations
- Create and optimize the support escalation matrix to ensure that a robust process flow is adhered to and constant improvement is taking place
- Identify ways to get regular stage wise feedback and implement feedback positively
- Responsible for managing the premium mentor network for coordination with students, counselors and mentors
- Ensuring updates to the network and providing assistance to counselors for connects
- Ensure monthly billing is up to date and find ways to improve the process and efficiency of this. Work with tech team to for a solution
- Continuous updates and improvement of student materials, guidelines, documents and videos
- Regular liaising with counselors to understand student needs and work with them to create the content and/or improve
- Coordinate with content team and tech team when needed for assistance to further improve the output, quality and efficiency
- Determine training and learning needs across all stages and teams within Student Success
- Work with trainers to track progress and develop metrics to track monthly performance and determine evaluation criterea
- Consistently monitor progress of all teams and work closely with team leads and trainers to ensure knowledge and domain gaps are filled

Salary: ₹500,000.00₹700,000.00 per year
