Job Detail:
Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled AI Operators / AI Trainers using Prompt Engineering to join our team. The role involves engaging with an advanced Insurance AI platform and collaborating with insurance agents to train and optimize the platform’s performance. The ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to learn quickly, and a keen interest in AI and insurance domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with the Insurance AI platform to create, test, and optimize prompts.
- Collaborate with insurance agents to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into the AI system.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of AI prompts and make necessary adjustments.
- Assist in training the AI platform to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Document processes, updates, and improvements for future reference.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in BE, BCA, or BBA (Knowledge in Pharma or Insurance is preferable if at all)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to work the evening shift (5 pm to 2:30 am)
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor’s degree any. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work evening and night shifts
