About the Company:
Xuriti is a fast-growing fintech startup that leverages cutting-edge technology to transform the way B2B credit is managed. We’re looking for a talented data science intern to join our team and help us build data-driven solutions that empower our customers to make better B2B credit programs.
Responsibilities:
- Work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights and develop predictive models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that solve complex business problems.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and build visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Participate in the development and implementation of machine learning algorithms to improve our products and services.
- Assist with data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering tasks.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science and fintech, and contribute to the company’s knowledge base.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
