Job Detail:
We are looking for a DevOps engineer to join our team and help us to build our hybrid edTech platform.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Help us to migrate our hybrid platform
2. Build data sync between cloud and satellite servers
3. Develop scripts to export media content from the cloud to satellite servers
4. Create ingestion scripts to ingest metadata and content from various sources
Skills & Requirements:
1. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Python, Docker, and Terraform, and familiar with Git
2. Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, EFS, Lightsail, etc) and DevOps platforms desired
3. Comfortable with Agile development processes
4. Able to collaborate with developers and designers
5. Strong Python skills
6. Well-versed with Docker
7. Experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform
8. Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, EFS, RDS, Lightsail, etc)
9. Comfortable with agile development processes: sprints, code reviews, test-driven development, and continuous integration
10. Strong communication skills
