Job Location: Bengaluru(Nelamangala)
Job Detail:
1. Assist in the setup and operation of production machinery and equipment.
2. Collaborate with senior engineers and production managers to develop production schedules and workflows.
3. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
4. Conduct regular inspections and tests on finished products to identify defects and troubleshoot issues.
5. Maintain accurate production records, including inventory levels, production reports, and quality control documentation.
6. Assist in implementing and improving production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
7. Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of manufacturing technologies.
8. Follow safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment for all employees.
9. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components for production.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and quality assurance, to address production-related challenges and opportunities.
