Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience in data analysis, working with databases, and querying (e.g., SQL, MySQL, MapReduce, Hadoop, etc.)
- Experience working with and communicating with technical and non-technical teams
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in consultative problem solving and project management
- Experience in data management, metrics analysis, experiment design, and automation
- Experience collecting, managing, and synthesizing large data sets and information from disparate sources, data mining, and data analysis
- Ability to understand/design training roadmaps and communicate/persuade between multiple levels
- Ability to translate analytical insights into business strategies and actions

Responsibilities
- Maintain, foster, and promote quality by providing regular feedback metrics. Manage technological solutions for streamlining quality assurance and produce scalable training solutions to workflows
- Develop training materials, create consensus, and maintain communication with business stakeholders
- Perform fraud/spam investigations using various data sources, identify product vulnerabilities, and drive anti-abuse experiments to prevent abuse
- Deliver meaningful results using technical concepts/systems and communicate highly technical results/methods clearly
- Partner with engineers and interact cross-functionally with stakeholders to improve operational workflows via process improvements, automation, and anti-abuse system creation
